About the LEAPS Student Support Tutor role

The LEAPS S6 Transitions Course is the latest of the many initiatives in which we have worked with university students to help pupils bridge the gap between school and university.

To support with delivery of the LEAPS S6 Transitions Course, LEAPS are recruiting a current university student who is passionate about higher education, experienced in supporting students, and looking for a rewarding, part-time, paid position.

The Student Support Tutor will work alongside academic postgraduate tutors, and the wider LEAPS team, providing dedicated support to the students on this course.

You will be working online (and perhaps on the University of Edinburgh campus if/when possible) with current S6 pupils as they participate on the LEAPS Transitions Course. Employment is from August 2021 (inclusive of training) to March/April 2022.
